National Register Nomination Forms
To put it all your research together, here is the
form and directions for filling it out. Here in Omaha,
the form is
then submitted to the Landmark’s Commission in the
Omaha City Planning Department, where it is presented and
passed to the Nebraska State Historic Preservation Commission,
and then on to the National Park Service for final approval.

cost of rehabilitation (minus
the cost of acquiring the property). In return, the property
must be rehabilitated according to standards that help ensure
it maintains its historic integrity.
